Homemade Organic Vanilla Creamer

I hope your advent is going well...ours started with our really old van being stolen from our house in broad daylight over the weekend...ya...what can I say??  We prayed that the person(s) who did it somehow was safe and that God would use this for His higher purpose like possibly this person(s) learning more about God.  It was recovered in another city and clearly had been beaten up.  Luckily we had full coverage on it...but...still....

Have you ever read the ingredient list to the creamer you may be using??  Or if you're using the Bliss one maybe you'd like to avoid the high cost???

This recipe is one that I use and found at Deliciously Organic  but modified slightly.  There some really fun ones at that site if vanilla isn't your thing ;)

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
7T your favorite sweetner (honey, maple syrup, agave)
1T vanilla extract


whisk together ingredients until dissolved and pour into glass container (I use a mason jar)
